Join us for a casual evening of drinks and good company in the heart of Toulouse at bar Le Sylène, a gathering to unwind, connect, and unofficially open the weekend’s celebrations. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 9:00 PM!!!! (Surprises to come!)
FRIDAY - June 12th
Départ de Toulouse (Shuttle Departure)
2 pm - Place d’Arménie
Shuttles will leave from La place d’Arménie (Allée Jean Jaurès) at 2 pm on Friday, June 12th for Château de Mercuès.
La Veille des Noces (The Wedding Eve)
7 pm - 10 pm
Let's officially kick the weekend off at Château de Mercuès with an intimate dinner showcasing seasonal ingredients from the French countryside. A relaxed yet refined gathering to celebrate the flavors of the region where the bride grew up and the weekend to come.
SATURDAY - June 13th
Le Petit Déjeuner (Breakfast)
7 am - 10 am
Please enjoy a light continental-style breakfast with fresh croissants, fruit, cold bites, and coffee.
Le Déjeuner au Château (Lunch)
12 pm - 2 pm
Savor a midday meal at Château de Mercuès before the celebrations begin. Fresh, local dishes to savor before the bride and groom say, "I do."
La Promesse (Ceremony & Celebration)
4:30 pm - late
Join us at Château de Mercuès for the wedding ceremony, followed by an evening of cocktails, dinner, and dancing that will carry us late into the night. Enjoy seasonal cuisine, live music beneath the château lights, and a few surprises along the way.
SUNDAY - June 14th
Le Petit Déjeuner (Breakfast)
7 am - 10 am
Fresh croissants, fruit, and coffee will be available for those who wish to grab a bite to eat before brunch.
Le Bain du Dimanche (Brunch, Pool Party)
11 am - 2 pm
Start your morning late with us for a relaxed poolside brunch, a gentle recovery from the night before. Enjoy cold bites, fresh air, and a slow morning to unwind, recharge, and savor the last moments together before journeys home or onward adventures begin.
Départ du Château (Checkout)
12 pm Checkout
2:30 pm Shuttle Departure for Toulouse
We kindly ask that all bags be packed before brunch. The château will securely hold luggage after checkout, so you can fully relax and enjoy the poolside brunch without rushing. Checkout is at 12:00 PM, and luggage will be available for pickup before the 2:30 PM shuttle back to Toulouse (Place d’Arménie). Five rooms will be left open if you wish to change/shower before heading back!
NB: If you need to leave early, taxis to the Cahors train station (or to Toulouse airport directly) can be arranged with the castle’s staff.
